1. ROLE

The Company acts as a data processor in relation to Customer Data, except where it determines purposes independently.

2. DATA COLLECTED

• Account and billing data

• End User profile and activity data

• Technical and usage data

3. PURPOSE

Data is processed to:

• Provide Services

• Enable AI functionality

• Maintain security and reliability

4. AI PROCESSING

Customer Data may be processed by AI systems, including third-party providers such as:

• OpenAI

• Google

• Anthropic

The Company does not use Customer Data to train public models unless explicitly agreed.

5. DATA SHARING

Data is shared only with subprocessors necessary to provide Services.

All subprocessors are contractually bound to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

6. RETENTION

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide Services and meet legal obligations.

7. SECURITY

The Company implements commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption and access controls.

8. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Requests for access, correction, or deletion should be directed to the Customer.

9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Data may be processed across jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.
